welcome to Spanish-homes.com, all you need to find your dream home in the sun. Andalucia and the Costa del Sol enjoy the best climate in Europe. How about coming to join us here in southern Spain? We have villas, village houses and fincas in several areas of Spain. In Andalucia we have holiday property for rental. We have property of all descriptions for sale in Morocco and also property to let in Morocco.

Beautiful Andalucia boasts stunning mountains dotted with the famous white villages, where we have a range of village property some of which are in need of renovation. We also have a variety of villas and other property in the countryside. We offer a design and build service if you prefer a new villa or we can renovate an existing property.

Our main office is in the village of Sedella, which is 75 minutes drive to the east of Malaga. Sedella is the ultimate in peace and tranquillity. It has a population approximately 500 who are predominantly Spanish. The rest of the population is mainly British. Sedella is a mountain village; about 40 minutes drive from the "Costa del Sol"

Channel 4 featured Sedella in their series " A Place in the Sun " in February 2004. A British couple, who found us on the internet, bought a village house to renovate, having fallen in love with the village and the surrounding countryside. You, too, could enjoy life in this beautiful setting. Come and have a look !!.Come and relax , soak up the atmosphere and explore the protected areas of the Natural Park.

Walking in this unforgettable setting is highly recommended and we can arrange guided walks around Sedella to compliment your holiday experience. We have a variety of rental property to choose from, we can arrange car hire, whilst for those who really want to relax, we can arrange transport to and from Malaga airport.

Malaga airport , which serves southern Spain, has more flights from northern Europe than any other airport.

Andalucia is the largest of the regions of Spain. It has seven capitals, including the world-famous cities of Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga. The Costa del Sol was one of the first "Costas" to be developed as a holiday destination. It has since become the most popular area of Europe for those buying a second home or relocating permanently.

Marbella needs little introduction. It is one of the principal destinations of Andalucia and the Costa del Sol for the wealthy for many years. Buying property in this area usually proves to be an excellent investment and rental income is good all year round. We have property for sale in and around Marbella on the Costa del Sol. There are many golf courses including La Resina Golf at Estapona.

Further inland but still in Andalucia, for those who really want to escape we have property for sale in Ubrique in Cadiz province, in the nearby village of Benaocaz and in Calicasas near Granada and don't forget the stunning city of Cadiz..
