Casa Almendros is just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the attractive village of Sedella, which has a number of shops, bars and restaurants and is a 40 minutes drive from the coast. Malaga Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes away.

Casa Almendros is a recently completed villa built in the traditional Andalucian style with swimming pool. It is located in the Axarquia region of southern Spain with views of the mountains and the Mediterranean.

The house, named after the many almond trees growing on the land surrounding the house and is set in an area of outstanding beauty. This is a superb location for those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday or for those seeking a more active holiday with a wide range of walking to suit all tastes.

Casa Almendros is very well equipped and accommodates four adults in comfort.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The double bedroom is en suite complete with bath/shower, toilet and washbasin. A door leads from the bedroom to the terrace and swimming pool.

The normal changeover day is Saturday but we could be flexible if the property is vacant.
