Situated on the edge of the
village, David’s
Place is relatively new, and comprises of
a combined kitchen and living room store
cupboard and shower room on the ground floor,
and a twin bedroom on the first floor. The
kitchen is equipped with electric hob, microwave,
fridge, double sink unit, kettle, coffee
maker, toaster and all cooking and eating
utensils. Just off the kitchen is a shower
room, which has a shower, toilet and wash
hand basin, with cabinet and mirror. The
living room, which is open planned along
with the kitchen is roomy and has a two seat
sofa and a bed settee, which increased the
sleeping capacity to 4. There is also a coffee
table and wall unit in the living room.
Upstairs in the bedroom there are two twin
beds, and a wardrobe which has two drawers
at the bottom. Bedding is supplied, as are
clean linen and towels. There is a door leading
out of the bedroom onto the balcony. The
balcony is equipped with a patio table and
4 chairs, with spectacular views over the
road which leads to Salares. Also on the
balcony there is a washing machine and a
water fountain.
Entrance to the house is via the street,
which can be reached either from the municipal
car park or via the Plaza bar, which is approximately
200 meters away.
Rates for Casa David are charged weekly
rentals, also extra special rates for long
term (1 month or more) lettings, prices in
pounds
Please note Christmas and New Year Weeks
are charged at 45.00 Euros per day.
